All prices are fixed and agreed in writing before work starts, in an itemized proposal covering scope, deliverables and cost. Anything outside that scope is quoted in writing before it is built and only goes ahead once you approve the number. This is the single most common place agency projects go over budget, and handling it verbally is how both sides end up remembering the conversation differently.

Design, development, testing, launch, and the post-launch support window described in each package. Hosting, domain, and third-party subscriptions are paid directly to those providers and are not included, because we do not mark them up. If you would rather we managed hosting after launch, that sits in a separate care plan from $99 a month.

At minimum: a mobile-responsive design, the pages your business actually needs, a working contact form, basic on-page SEO, and analytics connected. Our $799 starter covers all of that across five pages. If a package leaves out mobile or SEO setup, the saving is borrowed rather than real, because both get added later at a higher price.

You do, always. We register domains in your name on your own account and you hold the login. Some agencies register client domains under their own account instead, which quietly leaves them holding your web address and your DNS. If your current developer did that, ask for the transfer before you start anything new with anyone.

Nothing happens. You own the code, the content and the assets outright once the project is paid for, and that transfer is written into the agreement rather than assumed. Subscription website builders work the opposite way: stop the monthly payment and the site goes with it. Ours is yours whether or not we ever work together again.

Yes. Standard terms are a 50% deposit on project start and 50% on launch, so you never pay the full amount before seeing the work. For larger projects we can arrange milestone-based payments tied to agreed stages. We settle which of those applies during the free 30-minute consultation, before anything is signed.

Yes. Many clients start with a Starter or Professional build and add functionality over time. We scope the initial build so it is easy to extend, not a dead end. The database, templates, and URL structure are set up to grow, so adding ecommerce or online booking later does not mean rebuilding from scratch.

We quote custom projects from scratch. Tell us what you need and we will put together a fixed-price proposal tailored to your requirements, with no upselling for features you do not need. Custom quotes follow the same rule as the packages: the price is itemized and agreed in writing before any work starts.

Hourly billing is where a quote quietly becomes a different number, and it makes small requests feel expensive to ask for. You can also manage updates yourself using the access and documentation we hand over.

No. Our pricing is based on project scope, not your location. A client in Nashville and a client in Dubai pay the same rate for the same work. We are remote, so there is no local office cost to pass on, and we do not load the price depending on which city or country you are in.
