Social media management for small business means someone else plans, designs and publishes your posts every month, so your pages stay active while you run the business. Websloop manages social media for small businesses on a fixed monthly plan: you approve a content plan, we design every post in your brand and publish it on schedule.

Most owners start posting with good intentions and stop within a month, because a full calendar always beats an empty Instagram grid. The page then sits with a last post from last spring, which is the first thing a new customer sees when they check you out. Social media management services exist to fix exactly that: consistency, done properly, without taking your evenings.

What social media management includes here

Four things, every month. A content plan showing what goes out and when. Every post designed in your logo, colours and fonts. The post text, written for your customers. And publishing on the agreed days, to the platforms in your plan. You approve the plan before anything goes live.

Just as important is what it does not include: replying to comments and direct messages, running paid ads, and influencer campaigns. Those are where social media packages differ most, and where owners most often feel they paid for something they did not get. We name them before you sign.

What does social media management cost?

A published US agency guide puts social media management for small businesses at $500 to $2,500 a month, rising to $1,000 to $5,000 for agency retainers that also run paid social. The two things that move the price most are how many platforms you want and how often you post.

We quote one fixed monthly price after a free call, based on exactly those two things. No hourly billing, and the price is in writing before your first post.

How often should a small business post?

Small business guides mostly land on a few posts a week per platform, and nearly all of them agree on the part that matters: steady beats sporadic. A page that posts three times a week every week looks more trustworthy than one that posts daily for a month and then goes quiet.

We set a frequency per platform in your plan that we can fill with genuinely useful posts: finished work, team and behind-the-scenes, customer questions answered, seasonal reminders and offers. If the content runs thin, we would rather post less than fill your page with filler.

Which platforms are worth your time?

The ones your customers already scroll, and usually no more than two or three. For a local service business that is often Facebook and Instagram. For a professional or B2B firm it is often LinkedIn. Two well-run pages beat five abandoned ones every time.

Each platform gets its own plan rather than the same post copied everywhere, because what works as an Instagram post rarely works as a LinkedIn update. We recommend the platforms on the first call, based on who buys from you, not on what is fashionable.

Freelancer, agency or in-house?

A freelancer is usually the cheapest option and depends on one person staying available. An in-house hire gives you the most control and costs a salary plus tools. A large agency brings a team and reporting dashboards at a retainer most small businesses do not need.

We sit in the middle: a small team, a fixed monthly price, and the advantage that the same people design your logo, business cards and website. Your posts start on-brand on day one.

What social media can and cannot do for you

It can make your business look active, trustworthy and easy to reach, keep you in front of past customers, and send people to your website. It cannot replace a website that converts, a Google Business Profile with reviews, or word of mouth. Organic reach is limited, and anyone promising fast follower growth is usually selling ads.

That is why we treat social media management as one part of the brand, not the whole plan. See all of our graphic design services, or our website design and SEO for the pages your posts send customers to.

What you get

What our social media management services include

A monthly plan you approve, on-brand post designs, post text, publishing on schedule, and profiles set up properly. Every item is in your monthly price.

A monthly content plan

Before each month starts, you get the plan: what goes out, on which platform, on which day. You approve it, ask for changes, or swap posts out before anything is published. Nothing goes live on your pages that you have not seen, which is the single most important rule when someone else is posting in your name.

Posts designed on-brand

Every post graphic uses your logo, colours and fonts, because the same team designs your brand. No generic stock templates that look like every other business in town. Photos you send of your work, your team or your premises are used first, since real photos outperform stock images for a local business.

Post text written for you

Each post comes with its text, written in plain language for your customers and checked against your services and prices. You approve it in the monthly plan. If you prefer to write some posts yourself, send them over and we design and schedule them alongside ours.

The price

Social media management packages, priced monthly

One fixed monthly price, set by the number of platforms and posts, agreed in writing after a free call.

Monthly social media plan

Fixed monthly price

Quoted after a free call, based on your platforms and posting frequency.

  • Monthly content plan you approve
  • Every post designed on-brand
  • Post text written for you
  • Publishing on schedule
  • Profile setup check
  • Links to the right website pages

What moves the price

The number of platforms and the number of posts per month. Short videos and reels are not part of the standard plan; ask about them on the call.

Not included: replying to comments and messages, paid ad management and ad spend, influencer campaigns, and paid stock images, which we quote before buying.

Who we are not for: Not the right fit if what you mainly need is paid social ads run, an influencer campaign, or someone answering comments and messages all day. We plan, design and publish your posts every month; ad spend and inbox management are outside it.

How it runs

How a social media month runs

01

Free call and a fixed monthly price

We talk through your business, your customers, the platforms you want and how often to post. You get a fixed monthly price in writing before anything starts.

02

Profile check and first plan

We tidy each profile, then send the first month's content plan with designed posts and text. You approve, change or swap posts before anything is published.

03

Publish every month

Approved posts go out on schedule. Each month starts with a new plan for you to approve, built around your season, offers and anything new in the business.

04

Adjust as you go

Tell us what customers mention, which posts got a reaction, and what is coming up. The next plan reflects it. Platforms or frequency can change between months.
