HVAC website design, done properly, costs $799 to $2,499+ and takes two to four weeks. What you are paying for is easy to list: a page for every service you offer, a page for every town you cover, tap-to-call on every screen, and a short form that turns a midnight "AC not working" search into a booked job. We publish our prices because almost nobody selling HVAC web design does.

Think about how your customers actually find you. It is July, the AC dies at 8pm, and a homeowner searches "AC repair near me" on a phone. They tap the first result that loads fast and shows a phone number. If that is not you, the job goes to whoever loads first. Most HVAC websites fail that test. They list services on a single page, hide the phone number on a contact page nobody opens, and load slowly on the exact device every customer uses. We build HVAC websites the other way around. Every page starts from one question: what does a homeowner do in the thirty seconds after landing here? Our pages answer it above the fold, on a phone, with a thumb. We have been building contractor websites since 2015, and every pattern on this page comes from that work.

What you get

What an HVAC website should do

Emergency-first, mobile-first, and built to turn a breakdown search into a booked job.

Emergency-first mobile design

HVAC is an emergency business. Furnaces die in January. AC units quit in July. We design for the phone first: your number as a tap-to-call button where a thumb can reach it, big readable type, and pages that load fast on a real cell connection. If a homeowner cannot call you within fifteen seconds of landing at 9pm, the design has failed, and we do not ship designs that fail.

A page for every service

AC repair and AC installation are different searches. So are furnace repair, heat pump service, duct cleaning, and seasonal tune-ups. One page listing everything ranks properly for nothing. We build a dedicated page per service, each one saying something true about that service: what it costs, how long it takes, what brands you service, and when repair beats replacement.

City and service-area pages

"AC repair" is a national search. "AC repair Round Rock" is a job. We build a page for every town you cover, each one written about the work you actually do there. These pages put you in "near me" searches across your whole coverage area, each carrying your local reviews, your local number, and a map embed.

Booking and quote forms people finish

Nobody with a broken furnace fills out twelve fields. We keep forms short: name, phone, what is wrong, and when we can come. The form goes straight to your email or phone the moment it is submitted. For after-hours emergencies we use a simple callback flow, and we wire whichever scheduling tool you already use, from ServiceTitan to a simple calendar link.

Local SEO built into the structure

Titles, headings, meta descriptions, image alt text, XML sitemap, and schema markup that names your trade and your service area. Schema.org publishes an HVACBusiness type built for exactly this, and most HVAC sites we see are not using any schema at all. We also set up your Google Business Profile properly and build a review flow so every finished job can become a five-star review.

Who we are not for: Not the right fit if you want a DIY template you will build yourself, or if what you mainly need is paid ads managed. We build the website that turns emergency searches into booked jobs and the local SEO under it; we do not manage ad spend.

How it runs

From first call to launch in two to four weeks

01

A short call

Fifteen minutes. We learn your services, your towns, your busy seasons, and what a good job looks like for you. You get a fixed quote in writing, usually within one business day.

02

Content first

We map every page before designing anything: which services get pages, which towns get pages, what each page needs to say. If you supply photos of your trucks, your team, and real installs, the build is faster and usually better.

03

Design and build

Two to four weeks depending on the package. You see the site on a staging link and get revision rounds included in the price, not billed extra. We test on real phones, not just resized desktop browsers.

04

Launch and handover

If you have an existing site, we map every old URL to its new equivalent so you do not lose rankings, connect Analytics and Search Console, and hand over every login. The site, the domain, and the content are in your name from day one.

Why us

Why HVAC companies pick Websloop

We build for contractors and home services

That focus means we already know what a service page needs, what a town page needs, where HVAC sites leak leads, and how seasonal demand shifts what your homepage should push in July versus January.

Prices are public

Almost nobody in this space publishes prices. We do, down to the dollar, because a contractor comparing quotes deserves numbers before a sales call.

You own everything

The code, the content, the domain, the hosting account, all in your name, written into the agreement. No monthly lease on a site that vanishes if you stop paying.

We say what is not included

Ongoing SEO campaigns, paid ads management, and copywriting beyond the agreed pages are separate. We would rather tell you that now than surprise you later.

Get started

Ready when you are

Every summer without a proper site is a season of emergency calls going to the HVAC company whose website answered first. We will give you a fixed price in writing, usually within one business day.
