Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us.

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Who we are

The Websloop is a remote-first web development and design agency working with businesses across the United States, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit websloop.com or contact us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

We only collect information that helps us respond to you and improve our website:

  • Contact details you give us through our forms or by email, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send.
  • Basic usage data your browser shares automatically, such as your approximate location, device type, and the pages you view.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
  • Send you a quote, proposal, or follow-up about work you have asked about.
  • Understand how people use our site so we can make it faster and clearer.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept cookies via our banner, we load two analytics tools. Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and what device they use. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through a page, so we can see where a layout confuses people. Neither runs before you consent, and declining costs you nothing on this site. Google explains what it does with data from sites using its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and Microsoft does the same at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Our cookie policy lists every cookie each tool sets.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run our business, such as email and hosting providers, and only as far as they need it to do their job. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we need it to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. In practice that means enquiry emails are kept while the conversation is live, and project records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. When we no longer need information, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies, and the consent banner will ask again on your next visit. To make a request, email hello@websloop.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions travel over encrypted connections, and the information you send us lives with established hosting and email providers rather than on our own machines. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we change an analytics tool or a service provider. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page rather than notifying you individually. Please check back occasionally to stay informed.

Questions?

This privacy policy is maintained by Habib Ahmed, the founder and lead developer of The Websloop, and reviewed whenever our tools or providers change.

If you have any questions about this privacy policy, email us at hello@websloop.com and a person, not an autoresponder, will reply. We answer legal and privacy questions the same way we answer project questions: plainly, and usually within one business day.
