Business card design services turn your logo and contact details into a card that looks like your business and prints cleanly the first time. Websloop designs custom business cards from $49: front and back layout, print-ready PDF with bleed, matched to your logo and website. You print wherever you like and pay the printer directly.

Search for business cards and you mostly find print shops and free templates. They are good at printing. What they do not give you is a card designed around your brand, so most small businesses end up with a card that looks like the template next to it. A professional business card design costs less than a box of printing and does more work every time you hand one over.

What goes on a good business card

Your logo, your name and title, one phone number, an email and your website. An address only if customers come to you. One short line on what you do if the business name does not say it. That is it. The cards that get kept are the ones a customer can read in two seconds.

The back is where most cards waste space. We use it for the one thing that brings business in: a QR code to your booking form or Google reviews, a short list of services, or a bold version of your logo so the card is remembered.

The print specs we set up for you

  • US standard size: 3.5 by 2 inches (88.9 by 50.8 mm). UK and Europe: 85 by 55 mm.
  • Bleed: at least 3 mm of extra artwork on every side, so no white edges after cutting.
  • Safe zone: text and logos kept 3 to 5 mm inside the trim line.
  • CMYK colour and embedded fonts, delivered as a high-resolution PDF.

These follow published print guidance, and they are why a file from us goes through any printer without being rejected or cropped.

Design or print: what are you paying for?

Two different jobs, often confused. A printer turns a file into cards, and charges for paper, ink and quantity. A designer decides what goes on the card, how it is laid out and how it matches the rest of your brand, then builds a file the printer can use. We do the second job and hand you the file, so you can shop the first one on price.

That split also means no markup on printing. You pay your printer their price, and if you reorder next year, you send them the same file without paying for design again.

Cards that match your logo and website

A card is often the first piece of your brand a customer holds. If its blue is not the blue on your website, people notice without knowing why, and the business reads as less established. Custom business card design from the team that made your logo and site keeps every colour and font identical.

What you get

What our business card design includes

A front and back design, print-ready files with bleed, staff versions on request, and straight advice on paper and finish. Every item is listed in your quote.

Front and back design

A double-sided layout built around your logo and colours. The front carries the essentials a customer needs to reach you; the back is used for the one thing that sells, such as your services, a QR code to book, or simply a bold version of your logo. We design with real details, not placeholder text, so you approve exactly what gets printed.

Revisions written down

The number of revision rounds is in your quote before you pay. Most cards are settled in one or two: a first layout, then small changes to wording or spacing. Clear rounds keep a $49 job from turning into a three-week email thread.

Staff cards from one layout

Need cards for several people? We build one main layout and produce a card file for each name and title. Extra names are priced as a small add-on and listed in the quote, so a team of ten does not cost ten times the design fee.

The price

Business card design pricing, in full

One published starting price for the design. Printing is never bundled in, so you always see what the design costs on its own.

Business card design

From $49

A double-sided card design for one person, ready for any printer.

  • Front and back layout
  • Revision rounds set in your quote
  • Print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed
  • CMYK colour, embedded fonts
  • PNG preview for sharing
  • Matched to your logo and website

What moves the price

Extra staff names, a second card style, a QR code, or redrawing a logo that only exists as a blurry image. Each one is priced in the quote before you pay.

Not included: the printing itself, paid straight to your printer with no markup from us, and any paid stock image or font licence, which we quote before buying.

Who we are not for: Not the right fit if you only need cards printed from a design you already have. A print shop does that cheaper and faster. We design the card and hand you the print-ready file; the printing itself is paid to your printer.

How it runs

From details to print-ready file

01

Send your details

Your logo file, the names and titles going on the cards, phone, email, website and any address. Tell us where you will print, if you know, so the file matches that printer from the start. You get a fixed price in writing before any payment.

02

First layout

We design the front and back with your real details and show it at actual size, so you judge it the way a customer will hold it. If something needs to go to fit cleanly, we say so instead of shrinking the type.

03

Refine

Small changes to wording, spacing or emphasis inside the revision rounds in your quote. We check the QR code scans and every number and email address is correct, because a typo on 500 printed cards is an expensive mistake.

04

Print-ready files

You receive the print PDF with bleed, a PNG preview, and separate files per staff member if needed. Send them to any printer you like. If the printer asks for a different file format, we adjust it.

Why us

Why businesses order cards from Websloop

A published price

Business card design from $49, printed on this page. Most design services hide the number behind a contest or a sales call. You get a fixed quote in writing before paying anything.

Design, not a template

Online printers give you a template other businesses also use. We lay out your card around your own logo and details, so it looks like your business, not the print shop's sample.

Files any printer accepts

Correct size, bleed, safe zone, CMYK and embedded fonts. You are free to print anywhere and shop on price, and your file will not be rejected or cropped.

One team for your whole brand

The same people design your logo, cards, social posts and website, since 2015 and across 150+ website projects. Everything uses the same files and colours, so your brand looks the same in a customer's hand and on their phone.
