Moving means rebuilding the site on WordPress and pointing your domain at the new host, with redirects from every old address. It is worth doing when you need many service and town pages or full ownership of the files.

There is no fixed schedule worth following. Redesign when the site stops doing its job: it is slow on a phone, it has no page for the services and towns you want work from, visitors cannot find how to call or ask for a quote, or it no longer looks like the business you run today. Otherwise, update it rather than rebuild it.
