Contractor website design, done properly, costs $799 to $2,499+ and takes two to four weeks. What you are paying for is simple to list: a page for every service and every town you cover, a quote form people actually finish, tap-to-call on every screen, and a site that loads before a homeowner on a phone gives up. We publish the price because almost nobody selling contractor web design does.

Most contractor websites are brochures. They list services, show a stock photo of a hard hat, and bury the phone number on a contact page nobody opens. Then the owner wonders why the site never produces a single job. We build contractor websites the other way around. Every page starts from one question: what does a homeowner do in the thirty seconds after landing here? Usually they check two things. Have you done work like mine, and how fast can I reach you. Our pages answer both above the fold, on a phone, with a thumb.

What you get

What a contractor website should do

Proof first, contact always one tap away, and nothing on the page that does not earn a lead or a ranking.

Project galleries that close deals

Homeowners do not hire a contractor from a paragraph. They hire from proof. We build galleries around real photographs of finished work, each one captioned with the scope, the location type, and what the job involved. Six projects documented properly will outperform thirty thumbnails with no context every time.

Quote forms people actually finish

Long forms kill leads. We keep quote forms short, ask only what you need to price the job, and put them on every page instead of hiding them behind a Contact link. The form goes straight to your email or phone the moment it is submitted.

A page for every service and every area

Roof replacement and roof repair are different searches. So are "plumber Austin" and "plumber Round Rock." One page listing everything ranks properly for nothing. We build a dedicated page per service and per town you serve, each one saying something true about that service or that town.

Local SEO built into the structure

Titles, headings, meta descriptions, image alt text, XML sitemap, and schema markup that names your trade and your service area. Schema.org publishes a GeneralContractor type built for exactly this, and most contractor sites we audit are not using any schema at all.

Speed on a phone

More than half of contractor traffic arrives on a phone, often from a homeowner standing next to something broken. We build for that moment: fast loading, readable type, buttons big enough for a thumb, and no layout that breaks at small widths.

Who we are not for: Not the right fit if you want a DIY template you will build yourself, or if what you mainly need is paid ads managed. We build the website that turns searches into quote requests and the local SEO under it; we do not manage ad spend.

How it runs

From first call to launch in two to eight weeks

01

A short call

Fifteen minutes. We learn your trade, your services, your towns, and what a good lead looks like for you. You get a fixed quote in writing, usually within one business day.

02

Content first

We map every page before designing anything: which services get pages, which towns get pages, what each page needs to say. If you supply photos and rough copy, the build is faster and usually better.

03

Design and build

Two to four weeks depending on the package. You see the site on a staging link and get revision rounds included in the price, not billed extra.

04

Launch and handover

We map your old URLs to the new ones so you do not lose rankings, connect Analytics and Search Console, and hand over every login. The site is yours.

Why us

Why contractors pick Websloop

We only build for the trades

Roofers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, general contractors. That focus means we already know what a service page needs, what a town page needs, and where contractor sites usually leak leads.

Prices are public

Almost nobody in this space publishes prices. We do, down to the dollar, because a contractor comparing quotes deserves numbers before a sales call.

You own everything

The code, the content, the domain, the hosting account, all in your name, written into the agreement. No monthly lease on a site that vanishes if you stop paying.

We say what is not included

Ongoing SEO campaigns, paid ads management, and copywriting beyond the agreed pages are separate. We would rather tell you that now than surprise you later.

Get started

Ready when you are

Every week without a proper site is a week of jobs going to the contractor whose website answered first. We will give you a fixed price in writing, usually within one business day.

Google treats a page as fast on three measures. Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds, and Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1. All three are read at the 75th percentile of real page loads.

“LCP should occur within 2.5 seconds of when the page first starts loading.”
